Frequently Asked Questions

  • The 8:00 a.m. time slot is a default system setting. Our drivers monitor ship arrival times and will be waiting to welcome you before your ship docks. Once your ship arrives, please disembark and proceed directly to the designated meeting point, where our drivers and dispatchers will be ready for your arrival.

  • Guests are returned based on the ship’s requested schedule. We are also happy to return guests earlier upon request. There are no set return times.

  • Yes. Children ages 2–11 receive 50% off all package prices. Children under 2 years old are free. Please note that add-ons are not discounted.

  • Yes. A $20 non-refundable deposit per guest is required at the time of reservation. If your ship is unable to dock due to a route change or detour, the deposit will be refunded.

  • Groups of 10 or more receive 10% off per person on packages (excluding the Dive Package).

    Groups of 30 or more may qualify for a larger discount, based on group size.

  • Yes! Weddings, birthdays, vow renewals, and other special events can be customized upon request. We also offer private areas that can be reserved for large groups.

  • We are wheelchair-friendly but not fully wheelchair accessible. If you are traveling with a wheelchair, please note this in the remarks section when making your reservation so we can arrange appropriate transportation.

  • Towels are available for rent ($7) or purchase, though we recommend bringing your own.

  • Yes. We have a limited number of lockers available in our boutique gift shop for $5.

  • Yes. The Island Plate is included with all packages except the Discovery Package.

    The Island Plate includes marinated chicken breast, sautéed shrimp, beef kebabs, rice and beans, yucca chips, and chimole (a traditional salsa).

    We also offer a full à la carte menu available for purchase.

  • No, car seats are not provided.

  • Yes. Activities can be added to any package or purchased upon arrival or at the boutique.

  • Yes. Massages are available for $60 (60 minutes) or $30 (30 minutes).

  • Diving requires verified PADI certification cards and guest weight information prior to booking.

  • Coxen Hole: Approximately 30 minutes, with additional time possible due to traffic. Guests must exit the port gate and meet at street level.

    Mahogany Bay: Approximately 20 minutes, with additional time possible due to traffic. Guests must exit the port and walk up the hill to the designated meeting point.
